Value of the week.
Each week I am highlighting a value that you can think about and practise. I hope this will help to keep your inner world safe during the Carona virus pandemic.
Courage: When thinking about courage be aware of your heart; the word’s origin comes from the Latin cor (heart). Courage, being brave, is a heart-led value that helps us to face life’s challenges, such as the current Carona virus pandemic. Too much courage leads to recklessness and too little fearfulness. Contemplating the middle way between these extremes enables us to act responsibly and without fear. During the week be aware of your level of courage; accept that you may be feeling anxious or indeed angry. Come alongside your emotions and fill your sense of being with courage.
My Granddaughter Lily has been showing her courage by using her creativity and imagination as these chickens show.
